Emotion Wheel produces a beautiful “flower graph” to visualize your emotional life and how the balance of your emotions is unfolding over time. You can also see a line graph to track emotions individually and with respect to one another.
Want to express your feelings? Share your graphs on Facebook, Tweet them, or email to a friend or coach. The flower is a beautiful expression of your day.
The App is simple to use. Each day, you check in reflect on your feelings. Then, in a few seconds you rate the intensity of that day’s feelings on a scale from 1-5.
With one click, you can see your “flower graph” (aka “polar graph”) to observe the balance of your feelings. Click for graphs of your feelings over the past week or month.
Click to the line graph to observe patterns in your feelings over the past week, two weeks, month, quarter, and more.
